The Ankeny Community Chorus is a self-governing non-profit organization, incorporated in the state of Iowa. A Board of Directors, elected by and from dues-paying members, meets regularly to manage the needs of the group.

Additional committees exist, as needed, to manage specific tasks.

Financial expenses are covered by membership dues ($20 per year), and through sponsorships by area businesses and benefactors.
